Vegan Strawberry Cake With Whipped Cream

Our little baking project for the day 🍓🍰 Vegan strawberry cake with whipped cream. Super easy to make and it taste so refreshing during these hot summer days! 😋


🍰 Serving: Makes 12 pieces


🍰 Time: 20 minutes (without the sponge cake)


🍰 Ingredients:

  • 1 sponge cake

  • a punnet of strawberries

  • 200 ml (0.8 cups) vegan cream to whip

  • 2 tbsp stabilizer for whipping cream

  • 2 tbsp vanilla sugar


🍰 Instructions:

  1. Prepare sponge cake as instructed on the blog. Let cool down.

  2. In a high container whip cream with stabilizer and vanilla sugar.

  3. Wash and dice strawberries.

  4. Spread whipped cream evenly on sponge cake and top with berries.

  5. Let sit in the fridge for 2-3 hours and serve.

  6. Optional - add on a coat of Strawberry glaze
