If you've no idea where or how to start making small positive changes for your lifestyle, have courage to check out helpful YouTube videos, read more health articles, or even better - seek professional guidance (a doctor, dietician, or a Health Coach).
Whatever it is, please don't give up on yourself. Don't think that just because you've been living a certain way since you were young, means that you will ALWAYS stay the same way, that nothing can be changed.
That is not true.
You can and do have the power to create the reality that you desire. Live well and be appreciative of the life you have been given. We can't turn back time, but we can definitely make the best of the remaining years that we have ahead of us.
